So I took in my truck a couple weeks ago to get new tires. I dropped it off on a monday to be clear. They told me they didn’t have any tires for me which I thought was weird because when I dropped off my truck I saw a bunch of tires!!!! I knew they were up to no good but I have a big heart so I thought nothing of it. When I got my truck back it was making weird noises like the new hybrid cars… so I pull over a pop my hood to see my whole transmission GONE!!! They replaced it with this weird looking probe thingy like the one from cartmans butt in south park!! 🥺😖😭😭😱 Now my truck runs off of peanut oil… because it won’t take regular gas. IM PISSED !

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP – Unethical Business Practices and Fraudulent Service

I am writing this to warn anyone considering doing business with this shop: stay far away. They completely scammed my friend, and their business ethics are non-existent.
My friend brought his vehicle here for a specific service that was explicitly agreed upon. Not only did they fail to perform the work he paid for, but they also held his truck hostage and refused to return it until he was forced to pay over $600. To make matters worse, we discovered they took shortcuts by reusing old parts in place of the new ones he paid for—a clear sign of their incompetence and deceptive practices.
This isn’t just a bad experience; it’s a complete lack of integrity. We have given them a chance to make this right, and we are now taking every step within our control to ensure this company is held accountable. Unless they provide a full refund or actually deliver the service he paid for, we will be escalating this to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and regulatory boards to ensure no one else loses their hard-earned money here.

Save yourself the stress and the money. This place is a total joke.

Wish I could give zero. Would never trust them. They said they would call me with an estimate and waited all day and then they texted me with an invoice an hour before they closed!! I called to ask if they had did the work without asking me, and they said yes.
